Know Unions

Nearly everything changes when workers become represented by a union.

SunCoke has worked hard to create a positive work environment for team members.  

It's important to understand how SunCoke's Middletown facility would be different if team members became unionized. 

In addition, becoming part of a union means that you will be directly affected by the actions of that union's officials and employees, as well as other members.
